Job Responsibilities
* Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.
* Customer Engagement: Serve as primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and market expectations. Engage with the market through research and feedback to inform product direction.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Sales, Design, and Development, to bring products to life. Communicate the product vision clearly and ensure team alignment towards shared goals.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, encompassing market analysis, positioning, unique selling proposition definition, and post-launch evaluation.
* Negotiation and Scope Definition: Manage negotiations regarding product scope, terms with clients, and adjustments based on market feedback and strategic priorities.
Requirements
* A background in technical fields or experience in digital product design and development.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
* A passion for the IT industry and product innovation, with a solid understanding of web application technologies and product lifecycles.
* Experience in commercial matters, including estimation processes and budget management, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.

The compensation package includes a salary range from €30000 to €60000 per annum, which comprises meal allowances, extra benefits, vacation time, and Christmas bonuses.
