The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist who thrives where creative meets conversion. You'll lead omnichannel advertising strategies across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, optimizing everything from search intent to scroll-stopping video.
You understand how algorithms work, how product feeds fuel performance, and how to turn data into decisions that grow revenue. You'll use your expertise (and AI-driven tools) to push creative boundaries, fine-tune campaigns, and deliver results clients can feel.
What You'll Do
- Lead omnichannel paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Bing, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
- Manage and optimize product catalogs and feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta Advantage+, TikTok Catalog Ads, etc.)
- Identify and fix feed errors, missing attributes, and data inconsistencies to maximize visibility and conversions
- Build and test video-first creative strategies, including short-form, UGC, and YouTube ad variations
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with creative, analytics, SEO, and development teams
- Use AI tools to enhance creative testing, automate optimizations, and improve performance prediction
- Translate data into clear client updates focused on ROAS, CPA, and growth impact
- Stay current on platform updates, AI advancements, and social commerce trends
What You Bring
- 4+ years of hands‐on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for eCommerce brands
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok/YouTube advertising
- Strong experience with product feed management, catalog troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Proven ability to balance creative testing with analytical rigor
- Excellent communication skills that are client‐ready, clear, and confident
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale performance, reporting, and insights
- Bonus: Experience with DataFeedWatch, Channable, or custom feed integrations
