IJC & HR: Senior Researcher & Consultant with Project Management experience, Lisbon At IPS Innovative Prison Systems, we are looking for a Senior Researcher & Consultant with Project Management experience, with experience in transnational project management in the criminal justice area to join the International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights Portfolio.
Mandatory requirements: Master's degree (or higher) in European Studies, Law, Criminology or International Relations (with a strong knowledge of EU's legal framework on Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters); Minimum3 years' experience in project management, including in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Previous experience in EU-funded projects, specifically with EU funding programmes for Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights; Must beresilient, able to handle pressure and have a proactive attitude; Excellent command (at least C1 level) of English and Portuguese (both written and spoken); Proficiency in the use of MS Office apps; Availability to travel in Portugal and to the countries in which we operate; Unimpeachablework ethic (incl.
personal and professional integrity).
Advantage conferring requirements: Previous experience in managing teams; Experience inorganising and implementing events (e.G., project meetings, workshops, trainings) with a wide range of stakeholders from the criminal justice (and adjacent) field(s); Experience intraining stakeholders within the criminal justice field.
