Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT service management initiatives
* Develop and maintain expertise in advanced Excel and PowerBI tools
* Apply ITIL principles and practices to drive process improvement
* Familiarity with incident management tools and software like ServiceNow
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong English language skills (minimum B2)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service management
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI
* Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
* Familiarity with incident management tools and software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
