What we’re looking for:
You’ll bridge business and technology, supporting actuarial teams and end users while ensuring systems meet risk, data, and reporting needs.
* Experience in .NET application maintenance and development
* Strong knowledge of Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight (certification is a plus)
* Experience with SQL scripting for analysis and troubleshooting
* Background in workflow automation, document processing, or GED systems
* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents
* Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
* Fluent in French and English (practice level)
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with business and IT teams
Nice to have:
* Experience improving RAD/LAD automation rates
* Familiarity with large-scale digital archiving or publishing systems
