The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong background in creating and managing complex design systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
* Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system
* Collaborate with product owners and engineers to refine user flows
* Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across applications
* Provide clear, organized design handoffs to development teams
* Participate in discussions to align design decisions with business needs
