Job Title: Structural Heart Innovation Leader
We're looking for a bold and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead commercial expansion of our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a market from the ground up, crafting strategy, opening doors, and driving adoption in a competitive and fast-evolving space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute country-level sales strategy for TAVI products
* Identify and engage hospitals, physicians, and decision-makers in structural heart therapy
* Build and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and procurement teams
* Collaborate with global marketing and clinical teams to support education, events, and procedural excellence
* Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform regional strategy
* Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
About You:
* 7+ years of recent experience selling TAVI products
* Background with leading cardiovascular companies or their distributors
* Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach
* Comfortable with market-building, strategic planning, and high-touch selling
* Fluent in English and local language; open to travel as needed
