As we scale, we're looking for an experienced and motivated
Operations / Process Engineer
to help us streamline and improve our internal operations.
The Role
As our
Operations / Process Engineer
, you'll play a central role in managing internal operations across departments — from engineering to production and logistics — and liaising with suppliers to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
You'll work independently (with support from key departments) and report directly to the
Head of Production
. The ideal candidate is
hands-on, organized, and proactive
, with strong operational experience and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and communicate with
engineering, commercial, and production teams
to align internal processes.
* Track inventory
, check availability of components, and support restocking workflows.
* Monitor, register, and improve internal operational processes
and documentation.
* Inspect and validate finished products
to ensure readiness for delivery.
* Support
production tracking
and oversee key delivery operations.
* Interface with
external suppliers
for timelines, purchasing, and deliveries.
* Identify
opportunities for process improvement
and assist in their implementation.
* Keep operational records clear, updated, and audit-ready.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
.
* 3+ years of experience
in a similar role within production, operations, or process engineering.
* Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, logistics, and internal operations
.
* Strong English skills
(reading and writing).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize under evolving deadlines.
Nice to Have
* Experience in

* Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic inventory tracking tools.
