Role Summary

This is a performance-driven, hands-on commercial role at the frontline of our growth engine. As a Business Development Representative, you will convert qualified leads into paying customers, manage outbound outreach, develop campaigns with our marketing team, and help refine the entire go-to-market process.

About the Role:
* Own the conversion of qualified leads into closed sales, starting with our AI Activate programme.
* Run structured AI Discovery calls to assess prospect needs and identify use cases.
* Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns using AI and automation tools.
* Manage your own pipeline with precision in our CRM, updating daily and reporting weekly.
* Work closely with our founders, marketing, and solutions engineering to shape deals.
* Feed insights back to marketing and product to help improve lead quality, targeting and services.
* Use our internal tools to automate repetitive tasks to boost your own productivity.
* Think 'AI-first' and actively build and deploy your own team of digital workers to streamline your workflow — including research, CRM updates, call notes, and proposal generation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Converting qualified leads into paying customers.
2. Managing outbound outreach and developing campaigns with our marketing team.
3. Helping refine the entire go-to-market process.
4. Building your own AI agent team around you, helping us prove that the future of work is already here.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

* Fascinated by the power of AI to transform what you do and business operations.
* Is commercially astute and naturally curious about how businesses run.
* Has experience in B2B sales or pre-sales (SaaS, tech, or consulting preferred).
* Is confident speaking to business owners, operators, and senior leaders in English.
* Is a team player and is willing to leverage AI to augment yourself to get more done.
* Loves systems, structure, and using technology to multiply your effectiveness.
* Is familiar with AI and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier (or keen to learn).
* Can work hard, fast, hit targets, and stay accountable.
* Is utterly reliable and always professional.
