Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analysis professional to define the target state of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
This role will be instrumental in creating an efficient, compliant, and scalable software delivery framework, including processes and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an SDLC framework and guidelines
* Establish a documentation strategy and process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
* Continuously improve processes and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably within software development or release management
* Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ITIL or DevOps principles
* Experience in process mapping, documentation design, and stakeholder facilitation
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
* Advanced English language skills
