We are seeking a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital presence across all platforms.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Main Responsibilities:
* Participate in developing the strategic plan, marketing plan, and budget, providing expertise in digital and e-commerce.
* Define and lead the yearly digital action plan, aligned with revenue targets.
* Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to ensure coherence and performance across all e-commerce activities.
Website Management:
* Oversee updates and maintenance of the hotel website (All.com / Brand.com).
* Ensure website optimization for SEO and a seamless user experience.
* Regularly update the site with offers, promotions, events, and relevant information (Rooms, F&B outlets, MICE).
OTAs Management:
* Manage relationships with OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
* Align OTA strategy with Revenue Manager.
* Optimize listings and content across third-party websites.
* Activate and manage promotional tools on OTA platforms.
Digital Marketing:
* Develop and implement strategies including SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns focused on Rooms, F&B outlets, and MICE.
* Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
* Manage email marketing campaigns using third-party tools.
* Contribute to online reputation management and address feedback promptly.
Social Media Management:
* Coordinate social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, publish, and monitor social media content.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Track and analyze digital activity performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.).
* Report on digital campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
* Identify new revenue opportunities based on data analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communication.
* University degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Knowledge of social networks and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Highly responsible and reliable.
