Marketing Design Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to provide support for our design function during a critical period. This position will ensure continuity of core marketing tasks, maintain brand quality, and deliver ongoing campaigns and website-related initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
* Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
* Prepare clear, web-ready designs for development.
* Work closely with freelance developers to support page-building and implementation accuracy.
* Conduct basic checks of page builds to ensure visual consistency and report issues when needed.
* Coordinate with other designers to balance daily workloads and ensure smooth delivery.
* Provide peer-level feedback and collaborate on shared tasks to maintain quality and consistency.
* Communicate progress, blockers, and needs directly to stakeholders for alignment and prioritisation.
* Work collaboratively with digital teams to support campaign asset needs.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer or equivalent in a SaaS environment.
* Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva; basic video editing required.
* Familiarity with task management systems.
* Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
* Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced team.
