Key Account Management Opportunity
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with customers, monitoring their daily sales and operational performance, and contributing to the enhancement of their sales and operational capabilities.
This entails overseeing pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer interactions for both new and existing customers, developing and executing strategic plans to expand distribution channels and increase market share, collaborating on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, and liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
In addition, the Key Account Manager will oversee monthly sales forecasts, sales plans, delivery, and payment, and participate in annual marketing activities.
