Job DescriptionYour mission will be to turn digital marketing into a real driver of business growth in the Portuguese market.You will attract, qualify and nurture B2B leads that feed the commercial pipeline, working closely with the sales team to improve volume, quality and conversion.You will be part of a well-established international structure, backed by a large group, contributing directly to business growth in the Portuguese market.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch and optimise Paid Media campaigns (mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) focused on lead generation.Manage email marketing campaigns and simple automation workflows to qualify and nurture leads until handover to the sales team.Coordinate the organisation and promotion of webinars as a lead generation tool.Work with the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar): segmentation, database updates and lead tracking.Contribute to SEO and organic positioning initiatives.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales.Support direct marketing initiatives and occasional events.Prepare monthly performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.RequirementsMandatory2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.Experience managing Paid Ads campaigns.Basic experience in email marketing and automation.Experience working with CRM tools.Professional level of Portuguese and English.Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.Self-employed and independentNice to HaveKnowledge of Spanish.Previous experience in the construction sector or technical/industrial sectors.Experience supporting professional events, trade fairs, or webinars.What Can We Offer You?
