Network Support Technician (L2)
We are looking for a Level 2 Network Support Technician to join a specialized team managing critical connectivity, voice, and security environments in Lisbon. If you excel at complex diagnostics and seek a high-tech environment, this is your next move.
Your Impact:
* Provide L2 support for IP Networks (Routing, VLANs, NAT, DHCP).
* Configure and manage Routers, Switches, and Firewalls, primarily Mikrotik RouterOS.
* Advanced troubleshooting of connectivity, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), and VoIP (SIP).
What You Need:
* At least 3 years of experience in L2 network technical support.
* Deep understanding of SIP protocols and unified communications.
* Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark).
* Network certifications (Cisco, MikroTik) and MPLS knowledge are a plus.
