We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for this project! What are we looking for?
Main Tasks:
* Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management)
* Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses);
* Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
* Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers;
* Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
* Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
* Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
* Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
* Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
* Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
* Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Business).
* Ensure end-user support and resolve production issues.
