We are looking for aPurchase Managerwithexperience in the IT marketto join the team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze the needs for raw materials and equipment, monitoring the IT market;
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and contracts;
Optimize costs and monitor supplier performance;
Manage transportation, receipt, and logistics of purchased items;
Validate renewal dates and alert the responsible account manager;
Follow up after order submission and invoice validation;
Ensure cost compliance and support the commercial team in pricing and proposal analysis;
Financially validate new suppliers and analyze public contract documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strategic thinking aligned with the organization's principles;
Negotiation skills to improve results with suppliers;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in commercial and procurement processes;
Knowledge of the company's purchased products;
