Key Responsibilities
Customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Support our merchants with questions and inquiries about our products and services.
Work on optimizing processes related to our customers to increase merchant satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing.
Required Skills
Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory)
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy with a passion for the economy sector
Availability to work at our Porto office
Benefits
Base salary: €1100
SA: €7.63/day
Skill Adder: €50
Health Insurance
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00-19:00 (rotating shifts, with potential extension to 21:00)
Days off: 2 days (rotating)
Location: On-site in Porto
