The Role
The Client Delivery Manager serves as primary point of contact for cloud customers, focusing on HANA Enterprise Cloud, S/4HANA private cloud edition, and S/4HANA Cloud extended Edition. The CDM drives end-to-end customer engagement from signature onwards, maintaining customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic partnerships with clients to establish client focus on core services delivered.
2. Demonstrate accountability as single orchestrator for End2End delivery.
3. Proactive account cost management and innovative solution finding.
4. Understand customer business needs and technical aspects of services delivered.
5. Proactive management of Operational security risk and problem management.
6. Collaborate with delivery units to establish long-term service plans and account visions.
Education, Skills, and Competencies
Required skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
8. Good understanding of SAP Basis, system migration, and/or functional SAP application knowledge.
9. Understanding of cloud business, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and cloud operation processes.
10. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
11. High competency in multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel.
12. Pro-active problem-solving attitude.
