Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Tasks:
* Support the implementation and management of data-driven use cases within the Dataquants platform ecosystem.
* Work in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and daily meetings.
* Collect, analyse, and challenge business needs by facilitating workshops with stakeholders from business, Product Ownership, Architecture, and Security teams.
* Translate functional needs into clear IT requirements, user stories, and business expressions of need.
* Contribute to identifying and prioritizing platform functionalities aligned with user requirements.
* Participate in the design and implementation of robust data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and governance principles.
* Support future platform users during onboarding, explaining platform processes and functionalities needed for use case implementation.
* Write and maintain operating procedures, user guides, and documentation.
* Help define portfolio management systems and organize use case governance.
* Challenge data architectures and data flows, anticipating constraints and opportunities related to data integration and delivery projects.
* Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a high-impact, data-intensive environment.
Profile:
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data projects.
* Strong ability to understand functional needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Good understanding of data architectures and data integration challenges.
* Knowledge of data governance concepts.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of Python and data analysis.
* Ability to challenge stakeholders and contribute with confidence in complex project environments.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Pedagogical mindset, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and share knowledge.
* Structured, autonomous, organized, and documentation-oriented.
* Collaborative profile, comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
Language Skills:
* Fluency in French is mandatory.
* Good level of English is required.
