We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to join our team as a Senior DevOps Solutions Architect.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems. They will drive the maturity of our solution delivery processes and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them execute tasks effectively.
Maintaining and enhancing internal R&D platform engineering tools, including CI/CD platforms, labs, and other critical infrastructure is also a key part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Kubernetes Management: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, and CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and Jenkins.
* Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions to address engineering challenges.
* Task Management: Capable of breaking down complex projects into deliverable chunks and guiding teams to successful task completion.
