Customer Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support across various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. They will be fluent in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level), with a strong command of both written and spoken language.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Support users with account setup, login troubleshooting, identity verification, and transaction-related issues
* Identify technical problems and offer clear, effective resolutions
* Handle each customer interaction with empathy, patience, and a focus on solutions
* Communicate clearly and respectfully to foster strong customer relationships
* Follow internal procedures and quality standards to ensure a consistent support experience
Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C2 level)
* Fluent in English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0-1 year of experience in customer support
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
