Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, managing documents and files, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
This includes:
* Document and File Management: Organize and maintain important documents such as contracts, invoices, and technical manuals.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and control the company's inventory of hardware and software, tracking the lifecycle of each item.
* Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks including phone support, meeting organization, report writing, assisting with IT project coordination and creation of purchase orders.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with users and IT team members to ensure timely issue resolution and system reliability.
