Opportunity: IT Risk & Internal Controls Specialist
?
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct control testing and oversight of the IT control framework in the region;
Implement procedures and controls within the COEU region to the level defined in the Sodexo Internal Control Framework to meet regulatory and contractual agreements;
Coordinate with the Group and COEU Risk & Internal Control Head, the COEU IT/Country IST lead and the Sodexo Global Quality and Compliance specialist to understand the Sodexo Internal Control Framework and ensure close alignment between the internal controls and compliance requirements;
Coordinate with IT Process Owners, IT Application Owners and Service Owners to ensure all compliance and control activities are aligned, efficient and effective;
Comply with the Company's Policies and supporting documentation in terms of Data Protection, Information Security and Confidentiality;
Collaborate with the COUE IST Function to ensure that IT internal control risk assessment has been done in the region to highlight the development areas to meet the internal control requirements
Monitor and support the implementation of the Internal controls and action plans (IC and GIA);
Escalate critical non-compliance issues identified to IT management;
Ensure MateRisk audit tool is updated and managed as necessary
Act as an internal subject matter expert and provide internal control training and support as appropriate to peers and stakeholders to ensure that they develop the knowledge and skills required for them to maintain controls to the level defined in regulatory and contractual agreements;
Keep region peers regularly updated on the IST internal control landscape

What You Need to Succeed:
Relevant university degree, e.g. M.Sc. (Econ.) or M.Sc. (Tech.).
Information Systems and Technology background combined with business knowledge ideally; a business background having acquired solid IS&T foundations (e.g. IT consultant) will also be considered.
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is an advantage.
3 years' experience within Internal Control/Internal Audit, focus in IT Internal Control & Compliance
Knowledge and/or experience of global business processes like sales, purchasing or financial processes, such
Experience with internal control data analytics is an advantage
Experience in IT internal control testing
Communicate efficiently in English - both written and verbal - having the ability to adjust to the different organizational levels
Ability to write persuasive and effective reports, clearly defining findings, causes and proposing practical recommendations
Good team player in an international environment, autonomous, curious.
Proactive, engaging and know how to use influencing skills at all levels in the Region
