Customer Service Representative in Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming queries from customers via email and phone with empathy and patience.
* Effectively handle customer requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Provide ad-hoc support when needed, contributing to team success through collaboration and shared goals.
Requirements:
* Native level of French and at least B1 level of English proficiency.
* Understanding of the value of excellent customer experience and strong professionalism.
