**Senior Salesforce Software Engineer - Partners Focus Area**
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer for our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Portugal.
The Partner team is responsible for bringing new Partners into Wellhub and making them have a good experience during the process.
We take care of sales flow for these Partners (negotiation, success, renegotiation, integration to the other systems, cancellation, and retention).
Your Impact:
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
* Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems;
* Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows;
* Work in agile development and quick prototypes, and you strive to see your work in action;
* Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems;
* Be able to make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product;
* Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO;
* Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
* Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
* Maintain quality from every feature developed;
* Be able to assume responsibility for initiatives.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
* Expert knowledge of Apex and Java Script;
* Experience in Aura and Web Components;
* Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
* Experience in Agile ecosystems;
* Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving;
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
* Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture;
* You need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English;
* Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping other team members to deliver the tasks with quality and improve their knowledge.
