Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage existing accounts and provide technical guidance to customers on products, services, and solutions.

* Maintain up-to-date customer information within the CRM database.
* Direct customer requests to repair, calibration, engineering, service, and academy teams if needed.
Qualifications:
* A technical or commercial professional background with interest in technical topics, trends, and innovations.
* The ability to adapt to changing digital requirements, workflows, and processes.
* Proficiency in English and German languages.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly over the phone or through email.
* Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach and mindset.
* Organised and methodical in daily tasks and responsibilities.
