Role Summary:
As a Hotels Reservation Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch travel advice to customers of IHG. You'll assist them in finding, planning, and booking their hotel stays, ensuring an efficient and worry-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing courteous, personalized contact with customers via telephone in Spanish and English.
* Helping customers improve their knowledge and mastery of the booking process and software.
* Seeking effective solutions that meet customer needs while also boosting team performance.
* Following established procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
* Collaborating effectively with IHG partners.
Work Conditions:
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with an additional lunch break hour. Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
* Training: 15 working days of paid training in English, covering product knowledge, customer management, and on-the-job skills.
* Compensation: Includes a base salary, holiday, and Christmas bonuses, meal allowances, and the option of company-provided accommodation.
* Location: Teleperformance offices in Lisbon, specifically at the TP City Center.
