As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, with a focus on specialty care and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings
2. Prepare strategies to launch medicines on hospitals as product managers or market access product managers
3. Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using IQVIA's data, technology, and consulting capabilities
4. Lead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cycles
5. Engage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leads
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
7. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planning

Requirements

8. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
9. Proven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutions
10. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
11. Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
12. Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)
13. Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structures

14. Excellent consultative selling and strategic account management skills
15. Strong communication and presentation abilities, including C-level engagement
16. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
17. Skilled in contract negotiation and managing complex sales cycles
18. High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environments
19. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
20. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
21. Team player with a collaborative mindset
