Your Responsibilities:
Ensure high solution rates and top-tier customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge.
Handle customer inquiries primarily via telephone with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Focus on long-term customer retention through high-quality service.
Oversee account changes, invoicing, collections, and complaint resolution.
What You Bring to the Team:
Excellent communication skills in both German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
A solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction.
Basic knowledge and experience in a contact center environment.
A strong commitment to a long-term project.
Good PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Financial Package:
Base Salary: €920/month gross (paid 14x per year).
Language Allowances: €350 (German) + €150 (English) (paid 13x per year).
Performance Bonus: Up to €360/month (paid 12x per year).
Assiduity Allowance: €110/month.
