🔎 We are looking for a Data Management Senior Project Manager
MAIN TASKS:
Set up Data Governance Framework for TP/KYC Critical Data:
* Define data governance rules, controls, and tools in alignment with organizational requirements.
* Develop shared dictionary definitions and data lineage.
* Assist business teams in implementing data governance practices.
* Act as a key intermediary between different teams to identify the scope of critical data.
Monitor Data Quality and Integrity:
* Ensure Data Quality principles are applied across all TP/KYC critical data.
* Contribute to the deployment of the Data Management & Data Quality transformation process.
* Manage the data quality framework, including escalation and remediation processes.
* Produce Data Quality dashboards and facilitate Data Quality Instances.
Contribute to TP/KYC Data Projects:
* Provide data expertise to support key TP/KYC data projects.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in the banking industry.
Technical Skills:
* Full proficiency in MSOffice suite.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong understanding of data quality concepts and techniques, as well as the challenges faced by the banking industry.
* Awareness of banking regulatory requirements.
Language Skills:
* Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Attention to detail and high organizational rigor.
* Strong management skills and ability to drive projects forward.
