We are proud to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace, where every team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.About the Role Support theManagement Control teamin monitoring the company's financial performance, contributing to results analysis, reporting preparation, and support for the financial planning and decision-making process.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation ofmonthly financial reporting, including variance analysis against thebudget and previous periods .Participate in the preparation of theannual budget and periodic forecasts .Collect, consolidate, and analyzefinancial and operational datafrom different areas of the company.Supportprofitability analysisby business unit, product, customer, or project.Contribute to thedevelopment and maintenance of dashboards and management control tools .Monitorperformance indicators (KPIs)and prepare reports to support management.Collaborate with other departments ( Operations, Sales, HR, etc. ) in the interpretation of financial data andcost control .Support thecontinuous improvement of reporting and financial control processes .Ensure thequality and consistency of financial informationused in analyses.What We're Looking ForDegree inManagement, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field .0-1 years of experiencein management control, auditing, consulting, or financial analysis roles (valued but not mandatory).Good knowledge ofExcel / data analysis tools .Basic knowledge ofaccounting and financial analysis .Experience withERP systems or BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.Stronganalytical skills and attention to detail .Goodorganizational skills and ability to manage priorities .Strongcommunication and teamwork skills .Proactive attitude and willingness to learn .AdvanceCare health insurance;24 days of annual leave (including your birthday off);#J-18808-Ljbffr
