Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Talent Hunter to join our team. As a Digital Talent Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the digital field.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization. You will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
* Source Candidates via LinkedIn Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
* Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
* Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
Requirements:
* Currently studying Human Resources or Psychology (preferable) or any related field
* Strong English communication skills is a must
* French/Spanish is a plus
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
* A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
* You like challenges, are excited by taking responsibility
* Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy
