Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development department.
2. Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance.
3. Manage and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS), including training assignments and user records.
4. Track and report training hours; generate and analyze reports on learning activities.
5. Support supplier management processes, including registration and coordination within internal systems.
6. Handle local user data collection and management.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and support training initiatives.
8. Assist in improving processes and tools within the training function.
9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support training delivery.
10. Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital platforms for administrative and reporting tasks.
The Successful Applicant
1. University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
2. Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within Training & Development or Human Resources.
3. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR software.
4. Experience in supplier management and coordination in internal systems.
5. Knowledge of training coordination processes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance monitoring.
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital tools.
7. Experience in tracking training hours and generating reports on learning activities.
8. Ability to collect, organize, and manage local user data efficiently.
9. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
14. Advanced English and Spanish required; Italian is a plus.
