As a Leisure Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Leisure Sales team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and key partners. You will contribute to the execution of sales strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure brand consistency across all leisure sales channels, in line with Savoy Signature's positioning in the luxury hospitality segment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Head of Sales, Deputy Head of Sales, and Leisure Sales team in all matters related to the leisure segmentAssist in contract validation, renewals, negotiations, and special offers with new and existing partnersPrepare and distribute special offers, packages, and corporate agreementsMaintain regular communication with partners to identify new sales and promotional opportunitiesAudit and ensure accuracy and brand compliance of marketing materials published by partners (brochures, websites, online platforms)Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date account and contact informationPrepare tailored sales proposals and production reports for partners and internal analysisOrganize and accompany familiarization trips, site inspections, and partner visitsRepresent Savoy Signature at roadshows, networking events, and industry initiatives when requiredSupport internal sales reporting, including weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly commercial reportsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on offers, allotments, and sales strategiesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in leisure sales, account management, or hospitality sales (luxury segment preferred)Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)Fluency in English (Portuguese and other languages are an advantage)Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented profileAvailability to travel for sales activities, roadshows, and events when requiredWHAT SAVOY SIGNATURE OFFERSIntegration into a prestigious luxury hospitality brandDynamic and collaborative work environmentContinuous training and professional development opportunitiesHealth InsuranceSocial benefits and advantages within the GroupCareer growth opportunities within Savoy SignatureApply now by sending your CV and motivation letter to rh@savoysignature.comwith the subject:"Leisure Sales Executive Application".Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
