As a Business Service Desk Operator, you will be at the forefront of supporting end-users in utilizing our highly performant trading and risk management platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across various activities managed by the platform, including trading, intra-day risk, capital adequacy, and automated broker/underwriter.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role, preferably within a trading or risk management environment, is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and work effectively within a team and across departments. A proactive approach to supporting end-users and enhancing their experience is also crucial.
