As an Product Manager (IT), you will contribute to the development and evolution of NCN’s digital platforms, ensuring that each product meets user needs and delivers real value. You’ll work closely with technology, communication, and external partner teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Define and implement a value management *framework*, translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes;
Track results and OKRs, identifying opportunities for improvement and new features;
Contribute to the prioritization and management of the product *roadmap* and backlog;
Promote continuous improvement of user experience (UX) and product adoption;
Support collaboration with the SaaS vendor, ensuring high-quality deliveries and ongoing product development;
Work with the support team to ensure effective incident resolution and user *feedback* management.
Main requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Motivation to start your career in digital product management;
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
Collaborative *mindset* and enthusiasm for teamwork;
Results-oriented, curious, and passionate about innovation and social impact;
Good command of English.
