**Strategic PMO - €50-70,000 per annum + benefits (Dependent on experience) – Portugal**
We are recruiting a Strategic PMO (Delivery Operations & Transformation) to join an exciting Tech company on a permanent basis. This is a remote role, based from Portugal.
The strategic PMO will design and implement a system-led, data-driven operating model across the organisations service offering that:
* Connects delivery, resourcing through to growth and fi nance
* Reduces manual work through automation and AI
* Enables real-time decision-making
* Standardises how the organisations services run at scale
Key responsibilities:
1) Systemise the organisations services
* Map how work flows end-to-end
* Remove fragmentation across tools (Asana, Slack, Timely)
* Build a single operating system mindset across all services
2) Introduce AI + automation meaningfully
Automate reporting, reconciliation, workflows
Use AI for:
* Data analysis
* Forecasting utilisation/margin
* Client feedback synthesis
* Ways of working
Reduce manual coordination and rework across teams
3) Own the utilisation + margin engine
* Evolve and embed our current model
Turn it into:
* Decision support
* Pricing guidance
* Resourcing optimisation
4) Build governance + playbooks across the company
Define:
* how programmes run
* how teams collaborate
* how decisions get made
5) Build feedback loops and client health visibility
* Design and embed consistent feedback loops across programmes (retrospectives, client feedback, internal reviews)
* Create visibility on client health, experience quality, and delivery performance
* Turn qualitative feedback into structured insights that inform decisions
* Ensure learnings are fed back into how we design, deliver, and improve future work
* Create a culture of continuous improvement across teams and programmes
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience operating in a strategic PMO, operations, consulting, or transformation role
* Strong experience working across leadership, delivery, and cross functional teams
* Proven ability to design and improve systems, processes, or operating models
* Comfortable working with data to drive decisions (e.g. utilisation, margin, performance)
* Experience introducing structure, governance, and ways of working at scale
* Exposure to automation and AI tools, with a mindset to reduce manual work
* Comfortable operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
