What You'll Do:
- Lead and maintain the IT program plan, including deliverables, milestones, testing strategies, data migrations, and MVP rollouts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and engagement with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers.
- Drive the transformation of legacy systems to modern, best-in-class applications through structured transformation initiatives.
- Support and lead change management activities to ensure smooth system adoption and organizational transformation.
- Prepare, coordinate, and lead critical meetings such as program management reviews, steering committees, and escalation sessions, focusing on IT-related topics.
- Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and bottlenecks along the program's critical path, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to mitigate them.
- Ensure the IT program aligns with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

What You Are:
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Strong background in managing IT transformation initiatives, particularly system modernization and legacy migration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading change management processes and driving adoption of new systems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and manage complex dependencies.
- Experience in preparing and facilitating high-level meetings involving senior stakeholders and program sponsors.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
