Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources & People Operations Executive to support and develop the Minga team across recruitment, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.
You will play a key role in building the team behind the brand — from sourcing and onboarding new talent to ensuring smooth internal processes and a strong, positive working environment.
This role combines recruitment, administrative HR, and people management, with a focus on creating structure while maintaining Minga's creative, fast-paced culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to hiring and onboarding
* Source and attract talent aligned with Minga's culture and creative vision
* Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in decision-making
* Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
People Operations & Administration
* Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems
* Handle administrative HR processes including contracts, documentation, and employee data
* Manage employee benefits such as meal cards and internal perks
* Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
Employee Experience & Management
* Support employee lifecycle management (onboarding, development, performance, offboarding)
* Coordinate performance review processes and evaluations
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and internal support
* Help maintain a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environment
Compliance & Workplace Management
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
* Manage health and safety processes in the workplace (Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho)
* Coordinate medical appointments and employee-related requirements
* Support internal policies and procedures implementation
Operations & Internal Support
* Oversee onboarding materials and internal merchandising for employees
* Support IT coordination and internal tools setup for new hires
* Assist with internal events, team moments and company culture initiatives
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar roles
* Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and compliance
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR systems and general digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
