Job description Mission Description Fleet Operations Asset Management Manage the full lifecycle of company cars, laptops, smartphones, and related digital devices.
Oversee mobile subscriptions, internet services, and parking allocations.
Implement standardized processes for procurement, allocation, maintenance, and renewal of all fleet categories.
Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor contracts, and local regulations.
Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of 5 fleet coordinators/administrators.
Set objectives, track performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Optimization Performance Tracking Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor fleet usage, costs, and service levels.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, automation, and operational excellence.
Drive projects linked to digitization, simplification, and automation of fleet workflows.
Stakeholder Vendor Management Act as the main point of contact for internal users, providing a customer-first support experience.
Manage relationships with external suppliers: leasing providers, telecom operators, IT vendors, parking providers, etc.
Track contract performance and escalate issues when needed.
Automation Digitalization Use tools like Antigravity, N8N, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms to automate processes and improve reporting.
Lead initiatives to digitalize fleet requests, approvals, and usage tracking.
Profile Requirement Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, procurement operations, IT asset management, or similar roles.
Proven experience managing multiple asset categories (cars and/or digital devices preferred).
Experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations.
Knowledge of IT lifecycle management or telecom environments.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work and make decisions based on data.
Demonstrated experience in process automation (PowerApps, Power Automate, or similar no-code/low-code tools).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service oriented.
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and lead a small team.
