Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
2. Previous experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or control testing is essential.
3. A strong understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices is crucial.
4. Strong accounting and financial knowledge is necessary.
5. Excellent office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio are required.
6. Fluent English language skills, both verbally and written, are essential.
7. Proficiency in conducting control testing procedures and assessing control effectiveness is necessary.
8. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess control deficiencies and recommend practical solutions are required.
9. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences, are essential.
10. A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and reporting is necessary.
11. The ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders is required.
12. The ability to develop a global view of control framework, produce gap analysis, identify root causes, and suggest remediation and timeline is necessary.
