Personal Trainer
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized fitness programs for clients, providing instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, and monitoring progress towards their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments with clients to determine their current fitness level and goals
- Develop personalized workout plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Instruct clients on proper form and technique for various exercises
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor progress through regular check-ins and make necessary adjustments to workouts
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and human anatomy
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
