We are seeking a motivated individual to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and Power BI reports focused on training, certification, and competence development. This role will assist in transforming learning and workforce data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, compliance tracking, and capability planning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their data analytics career who is eager to grow technical skills while contributing to organizational development initiatives.Your responsibilitiesSupport the design, development, and maintenance of reports (BI): Training completion and participation Certification tracking and renewals Competency frameworks and skills matrices Learning effectiveness metrics Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (LMS, HR systems, Excel files, SharePoint, etc.). Assist in building data models and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Document dashboard logic, data definitions, and reporting processes. Support continuous improvement of reporting tools and automation of manual processes. Your skills and experienceData Analytics / Business Analytics Information Systems Or related field Basic to intermediate knowledge of: Microsoft Power BI Understanding of basic data concepts (data cleaning, validation, KPIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly. Attention to detail and structured working style. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
