The Challenge We are looking for a senior leader to define, drive and implement the overall strategy and governance for payroll and time & attendance (T&A) globally with the support of a team of global experts, driving standardization and efficient, lean processes, and working with internal and external partners. The role will also work closely with regional teams responsible for day‐to‐day execution and third‐party providers. This senior role is key to ensuring strong governance over payroll and T&A operations and to the success of our transformation away from Siemens AG towards a self‐sufficient, effective, and efficient setup for a global player in energy technology with 100,000 employees in 90+ countries. How You'll Make An Impact Highly Experienced in HR Operations, Payroll Management and T&A Multi‐country and multi‐provider payroll service delivery Expertise in diverse payroll service delivery models, including full outsourcing Transformation projects within HR operations, payroll, and T&A In‐depth knowledge of HR and payroll principles and practices Good understanding of HCM systems and dependencies with payroll (Workday HCM experience preferable) Good understanding and experience with T&A solutions (e.g., UKG) Strong leadership and solution‐oriented skills Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders, e.g., HR Centers of Competence, HR in the regions, IT department, finance department, and management Able to build trust and empower teams to deliver successfully Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required Prepared to work in English most of the time What You Bring Lead the payroll and T&A transformation globally, ensuring standardization of payroll operations during implementations and transitions Own governance of payroll and T&A operations, working closely with regional execution teams and third‐party providers Act as process/service owner in various payroll and T&A initiatives and maximize the effectiveness of tools and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives Drive the definition of global principles and standards for payroll and T&A processing and guarantee consistency across the regions while allowing local flexibility when required Ensure process design and control framework is implemented and actively supervised, supports fiscal and regulatory compliance requirements, and aligns with the global strategy Collaborate with and request feedback from internal and external business partners and other functions and process owners across the organization to ensure processes, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed and payroll operations run successfully #J-18808-Ljbffr
