Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical assistance to customers with issues related to their technology.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many customers and will be responsible for resolving their queries efficiently. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English languages is essential, along with a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email to customers in their preferred language;
* Fix IT issues according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and document all cases;
* Inform process trainers and management team about outdated SOPs;
* Flag additional support/knowledge requirements to trainers/management;
* Arrange working schedules flexibly according to business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and English Language;
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
* Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
* Good MS Office Suite knowledge;
* Analytical thinking and self-starter skills;
* Good interaction skills;
* Collaborative approach;
* Client management expertise is a plus;
* High motivation and ability to learn;
* Flexibility to change shifts based on urgent process requirements.
