Coordinate and manageend-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air, rail, accommodation, and ground transport Anticipate and respond effectively tourgent requests, last-minute changes, and travel disruptions Handle complex cases and escalations with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Account teams Ensure all bookings, changes, and communications are accurately documented in internal systems Contribute to service quality improvements by sharing feedback, best practices, and operational insights Use performance data and customer feedback to continuously enhance the client experienceCore skills/experience Solid background inbusiness travel managementor a similar customer-facing travel role Previous exposure toexecutive-level or high-touch clientsin demanding service environments Strong understanding of airline ticketing, fare structures, reissues, refunds, and disruption handling Confident decision-maker with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Proactive mindset with a customer-first approach and strong ownership of tasks Experience in premium service, contact center, or corporate travel environments is an advantageWhat's on offer Full-time contract Private health insurance 4-week sabbatical after 5 years with the companyOur recruitment process?
