Responsibilities:
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
Manage Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP.
Administer and optimize virtualization platforms, specifically Hyper-V.
Implement and manage robust Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Conduct proactive system monitoring and performance analysis to ensure stability.
Manage permissions, access controls, and security policies; ensure the timely application of patches and security updates.
Administer Microsoft ecosystems including Exchange Server and Microsoft 365.
Provide high-level Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.
Maintain detailed infrastructure diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead and participate in migration, upgrade, and infrastructure transformation projects.
You'll be a great match if you have:
proven track record in Windows environment administration.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls.
Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation and scripting.
Experience managing integrated on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
Strong foundational knowledge of IT security best practices.
Familiarity with industry-leading monitoring and backup enterprise tools.
