Key Responsibilities & TasksConsultative Selling:Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client freight and logistics pain points.Value Positioning:Position the Easy4Pro platform as the solution to their validated problems, focusing on efficiency, cost avoidance, and hybrid logistics enablement.Deal Process:Guide prospects through the process, including demos, proposal building, and negotiation.Trial Conversion:Secure the client's commitment to the trial period and manage the deal to final conversion.Internal Handoff:Ensure a smooth baton pass to the Account Manager by documenting the scope and success criteria.CRM Discipline:Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting.Event Participation:Attend events such as fairs to develop business and generate leads.Leads Follow Up:Contact all leads according to status, from raw to qualified;
report lost cases and lessons learned.Profile & RequirementsExperience:2+ years in B2B SaaS closing roles;
proven ability to close.Strong in value-based selling and executive-level outcomes.Languages:Spanish, French, German is a plus.Preferably experience selling into logistics, procurement, or enterprise manufacturing/automotive sectors.If you have a consultative, solution-oriented mindset, this position is for you.
