You will help define global principles, strategy, and standards for travel and expenses (T&E), as well as be the product specialist for our current blueprint T&E application Concur.How You'll Make a difference Own the definition of the future technology landscape for T&E, aligning with Procurement, IT, Business, and other stakeholders on a global scale Drive the solutioning for SAP Concur implementations in an already mature Concur deployed landscape Manage the transition between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program In collaboration with other stakeholders, you will support definition of global principles, strategy, and standards for T&E Act as advisor and Concur expert to all downstream / upstream applications, such as Payroll Systems, Workday and our global reporting landscape Find opportunities for improvement to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery as well as system landscape consolidation Manage and oversee the delivery of new features, functionality, and upgrades Manage overall product budget in alignment with global investment decisions Work with other partners within and outside of the HR department, to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followedWhat You Bring Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required Strong experience with implementing Concur modules and functionality in a global organisation (across many countries) Strong understanding of accounting principle, cost booking, GL mapping and overview of financial ERP systems Experience with travel and expense associated business processes i.e. expense audit, corporate card administration etc Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset 5-8 years of experience with SAP ConcurAbout the Team In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mentality.
